Michelle’s investigations typically involve complex concerns involving chief and other senior level management. She has investigated a wide range of matters, including allegations of employment laws and other legal violations, financial reporting breaches, breaches of fiduciary duties, unethical conduct, and other legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.

Michelle has a proven track record of providing cost-effective, efficient, and timely results when executives or businesses need to engage counsel for their employment-related agreements. Michelle frequently negotiates executive employment contracts including compensation agreements, non-competes, non-solicits, and separations.

Her training sessions are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each specific audience. Michelle also provides one-on-one executive coaching on performance and employment matters. Michelle represents employers in federal and state administrative investigations, hearings, and other procedures. Here too, Michelle uses her strong communication skills to work effectively with witnesses, administrative investigators, and adjudicators, as well as opposing counsel, to create positive outcomes for her clients.
